We are looking to deliver a Leadership and Management Development Programme, initially to our corporate management team members but with a view of extending the offering in future years to other managers or aspiring managers.
• Provide our managers with the skills and competencies they need to manage effectively
• Allow managers to identify individual areas of weakness and tailor their development programme accordingly
• Help managers gain awareness of individual styles and how to adapt their approach
