Description

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) issues this Selection Questionnaire ("SQ") for the procurement of Electrical Infrastructure Improvement Works, Abercrombie House in accordance with the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 as amended by the Public Procurement (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. This Procurement Process is being run in accordance with the Restricted Procedure under Regulation 28 of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015.

The FCDO is seeking a Principle Contractor to deliver Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade works at FCDO's office base in Abercrombie House, East Kilbride, Scotland. These works comprise upgrade of existing electrical infrastructure to increase capacity and resilience. These works will future proof the site for the increased levels of staffing anticipated in the Places for Growth Initiative.

The Project is a predominantly an Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade project however also has elements of Building Management System, mechanical, and fire protection services.

Potential Providers should answer all questions as accurately and concisely as possible in the same order as the questions are presented. SQ or Bids not submitted via the FCDO's eProcurement portal will not be considered.
