Requirements from Consultant
To provide independent assessment of the culture and diversity of the Universal Services and Hampshire 2050 Directorates, and subsequently provide expertise to improve and embed behaviours to become:
a) a more inclusive and diverse employer
b) more inclusive and diverse in how ETE delivers its services to Hampshire residents and businesses
Aim a is our priority.

- Co-create a targeted set of SMART actions to deliver desired outcomes (a)
- Engage with senior management to embed I&D in ETE culture (a)
- Assist with implementing I&D Self-Assessment action plans (b)
