Description

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust (ELHT) wishes to invite offers for the provision of the Community Optometry element of the integrated model from 1st April 2020. The provider will manage in the region of 15,000 patients per year across the Pennine Lancashire footprint and offer a service which delivers the following care pathways:
• Minor Eye Conditions Service
• Cataract Pre and Post-op Assessment
• Intra Ocular Pressure (IOP) Referral Refinement & Visual Fields
• Adult Low Vision Service
