Description

The UK's Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) via the British High Commission (BHC) in New Delhi and British Deputy High Commissions (BDHCs) across India represents the British Government in India. The BHC is responsible to the British Government for all aspects of the relationship between India and the United Kingdom, including the management of political relations; trade policy; visa and entry clearance services for those wanting to travel to the UK; and providing consular assistance and protection for British citizens.

FCDO intends to obtain services of an experienced supplier organisation with proven capability in handling routine lab testing (of water). The supplier will be required to handle routine Lab testing of water as per the testing parameters and frequency and will be expected to follow sampling procedures as provided in the Statement of Services Requirement document. The Supplier shall arrange to collect samples from assigned properties according to an approved schedule.

The contract will initially be for a period of Three (3) years (tentatively starting from 1st November 2023), with the option for an extension of up to Two (2) more year, subject to a satisfactory performance by the supplier, a review to take place at least annually.
