Description

Warwick District Council (WDC) is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver the first phase in a multi-phase construction project for the creation of the district's first country park.

Tachbrook Country Park will become one of the largest green spaces in the district. Adjacent to new housing developments to its north, and Bishop's Tachbrook to its south, the country park will provide green space for informal recreation, opportunity for habitat creation, a refreshment building, food growing, naturalistic play areas and flood alleviation. Once complete, Tachbrook Country Park will connect residential areas to the new schools at Oakley Grove and other public amenities.
