Description

The council had a requirement for a specialised consultant to carry out an assessment regarding waste side collection for LCR.

Following a further competition via LOT 8H of the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework-Waste and Recycling. The council evaluated the responses and found that Walker Resource Management provided the most advantageous tender response and the call off contract was awarded to them.
