Description

ESCC require the renewal of hardware advanced replacement services on our Cisco core networking equipment. The equipment is used on our core network at main ESCC sites.
The cover required is 24x7x365x4hrs Advanced Replacement (Parts only, parts to arrive on site within 4 hours of a call being accepted.)
The service must also include access to Cisco TAC services and IOS upgrades where relevant.
