Description

The Trust is seeking to secure a two year contract with the option to extend for 2 years at the Trust's discretion. The tender is for the provision of independent professional environmental health advice. The service is required to assist the Trust with compliance to food safety and hygiene regulations, in addition to the general good practice and NHS regulations, guidance, training and codes of practice. The Trust's Food Safety and Hygiene policy, which includes HACCP and Pest Control, identifies a series of associated responsibilities and requirements applicable to both individuals and areas within the Trust. The independent advisors role will also be to assist with adherence to the policy.
