Description

Tenderers are invited for the supply of Services in respect of Combined Taxi Marshall and CCTV Monitoring Service. The successful Service Provider will be responsible for providing a combined Taxi Marshall Services and CCTV Monitoring Services.

An open tender process is being followed as these services fall within a CPV code covered by the Light Touch Regime (Regulation s74 to 77) as detailed in Public Contract Regulations 2015.

This Contract is to be awarded to a single Service Provider. It is considered that the two elements of Service provision interlink to the extent that a single Contract to deliver both elements is the most appropriate format. For the avoidance of doubt this Contract is not offered in Lots.

For the CCTV monitoring element of this provision, all operatives must have, as a minimum, the HABC Level 2 working as a CCTV operator and monitoring accreditation - SIA Approved public space surveillance (CCTV).

For the Taxi Marshal element of this provision, all marshals must possess SIA Approved Door Supervisor accreditation.

The contract is expected to commence 1st April 2020 and end 31st March 2021. There is an option to extend this contract in four annual increments subject to satisfactory performance and business needs.

There is a maximum budget of £460,000 for the 5 years of the Contract.
