Description
The Frosthole Close site comprises 100 dwellings made up of an arrangement of two, three and four floor blocks all with associated communal stair cases and a separate community building which incorporates a children's nursery, communal room and laundry room. There is an existing BS5839 Part 1 fire alarm system installed which is covering all the dwellings and associated communal stair cases and the community building.
