Description

The Council wishes to procure a Contractor to provide a comprehensive Building Works Adaption Service, Handyperson Service & Repair, Refurbishment and Improvement to both occupied and unoccupied properties. Orders will be issued on an ad-hoc basis and payments will be made on completion of the works following sign off from the Councils Contract Administration Officer.

It is the Council's intention to divide these requirements into 3 (three) Lots as follows:
Lot 1: Building works associated with Disabled Facility Grants and similar adaptations
Lot 2: Handyperson service
Lot 3: Building works including but not limited to repair, refurbishment and improvements to housing (including empty homes) and other council stock
