Description

RBC are completing a ITT exercise for the provision of Independent Advocacy Service - 2.2 The provision of the following Independent advocacy services for adults in Reading:
o Independent Mental Health Act Advocacy (IMHA)
o Care Act Advocacy (CAA)
o NHS Complaints Advocacy (NHS-CA)
o Social Care Complaints Advocacy (SCCA)
o Independent Mental Capacity Act (IMCA)
o Relevant Persons Paid Representative (RPPR)
o Litigation Friend
o Rule 1.2 Representative Advocacy Service, The Court of Protection Rules 2017
