Read: Description of the procurement: To provide The ACC Liverpool Group's via their Appointed Caterers' (currently Sodexo) Nominated Distributor (currently Brakes) with a core range of soft drinks and confectionery items as detailed in the attached documents. Also to provide alcoholic drinks to the venues (as detailed in the tender documents). Suppliers will have the opportunity to propose their own route to market for consideration for all three lots.

Instead of: Lot 1 (Confectionery) and Lot 2 (Soft drinks) will be supplied via the Appointed Caterers (Currently Sodexo) Distributor (Currently Brakes). This is detailed further in the tender documents.
Read: Lot 1 and Lot 2 are currently supplied by the Appointed Caterers (Currently Sodexo) Distributor (Currently Brakes). Lot 3 is currently supplied direct to the site by the incumbent. Tenderers will have the opportunity to quote alterative supply routes for consideration.
Other additional information: W/C 03/02/2020 Venue visit Organisations interested in tendering have the opportunity to visit the venues of The ACC Liverpool Group. There will be a separate tour for each separate Lot. Below dates have been schedule for each tour.
Lot 1 - Supply of Confectionery. 13.30 - 14.30
Lot 2 - Supply of Soft Drinks and Pouring Rights. 11.30 - 12.30
Lot 3 - Supply of Beer and Pouring Rights. 15.00 - 16:00
Please confirm by 31st of January whether your organisation wishes to visit the venues and the Lot visit they wish to partake in.
The overall aim of this tender is for The ACC Liverpool Group to secure a relationship(s) with a Supplier (s) to facilitate the sale of soft and alcoholic drinks, confectionery and enable pouring rights.
The objectives of the appointment of the preferred supplier (s) will include:-
To support The ACC Liverpool Group's mission, brand and values.
To provide The ACC Liverpool Group's (via their Appointed Caterer and their Nominated Distributor/ or via The Pullman Hotel Liverpool) with a core range of drinks (soft and alcoholic) and confectionery items as detailed in the tender documents.
Lot 1 (Confectionery) and Lot 2 (Soft drinks) will be supplied via the Appointed Caterers (Currently Sodexo) Distributor (Currently Brakes). This is detailed further in the tender documents.
The contract will comprise of three lots as detailed below:-
Lot 1 Supply of confectionery
Lot 2 Supply of soft drinks and pouring rights
Lot 3 Supply of alcohol drinks and pouring rights
