Description
The Foundation is looking for one or more delivery partners for the management and delivery of 'The Further Forces Programme', a troop resettlement to education and training careers programme.
The Further Forces careers programme (Further Forces) brings together four organisations, the Gatsby Charitable Foundation (Gatsby), the Ministry of Defence (MoD), the Department for Education (DfE) and the Foundation.
As part of this programme, the delivery partner(s) will deliver and manage the recruitment, Initial Teacher Education (ITE), Technical Knowledge and Skills Enhancement (TKSE) and a mentoring programme for all recruits.
