Description

The Corserv Group was formally established in December 2016 as a Cornwall Council 100% owned Group of companies. The Group consolidated a disparate collection of companies with a host of legal, operational and structural issues. As the Group now seeks to build a strong and sustainable future, a formal and structured approach will be required to build the strength, resilience and flexibility of the Group Balance Sheet. This procurement opportunity is seeking an external firm to review the existing Group financial structure and propose a range of clear solutions to allow Corserv and Cornwall Council to build a financial transformation strategy for the Group.
