Description
Copeland Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to build a new Car Park in Ginns area of Whitehaven, Cumbria. Car Park will include :
• Approx 116 car parking spaces
• Fixed Lighting
• Drainage to Pow Beck
• New entrance/exit from Coach Road
• Pedestrian footpath to the north of the site
• Landscaping around the perimeter
