Framework Agreement for the supply of Laboratory Chemicals and Consumables (including Pipettes, Tips and servicing) the University of Nottingham and potentially the universities of Derby, Exeter, and Warwick wish to set up a framework to commence 1 January 2021 for an initial 2 years with options to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods, with several suppliers, a maximum of 5 suppliers for each lot, with the exception of Lots 1, 2 & 8 which will have a maximum of 8 suppliers per Lot, which are as follows:

The University of Nottingham requests tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified suppliers to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Laboratory Chemicals and Consumables (including Pipettes, Tips and servicing). This framework will also be available for use by Universities of Derby, Exeter, and Warwick specifically and the full requirements are detailed within the Invitation to Tender documents. Duration of Framework: 1st January 2021 for an initial two year period, with an option to extend for up to two years in one year increments. The framework has been split into 11 lots as follows; Lot 1 Chemicals, Lot 2 Bio-chemicals, Lot 3 Tissue Cultures, Lot 4 General Consumables, Lot 5 PPE and Cleaning, Lot 6 Pipettes, Tips and servicing, Lot 7 Glassware and Ground Glass, Lot 8 Plastics, Lot 9 Tissue Culture Plastics, Lot 10 Oligos and Primers, Lot 11 DNA Sequencing. Each lot will be awarded to up to 5 suppliers, apart from lot 1,2 and 8 which allows an award up to 8 suppliers.:
