Description

The University Hospitals of North Midlands estate covers numerous buildings over multiple sites, as part of the Trust on-going fire compliance management surveys of the Trust's fixes asset retained estate have been completed by Oakleaf over the last few years which have identified multiple risks that compromise conformity to the HTM fire code guidance.
Furthermore, the hospital estate has changed significantly over the years and required updated fire compartmentation drawings compiling.
Works must now be completed to mitigate these risks by assessing the estate and carrying out repair works to provide conformity to HTM 05 and therefore the safest possible hospital.
