Description

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides a Section 136 suite in conjunction with Lincolnshire Police. The suite provides a place of safety whilst potential mental health needs are assessed under the Mental Health Act. This along with police custody suites and other premises provide Lincolnshire with designated places of safety. To enable assessments to take place, a medical doctor who is Section 12 approved is required to participate in the assessment and where appropriate MHA recommendation processed.
