Description

Hightown Housing Association wishes to enter a contract for a NHF V7.0 priced schedule of rates Void Property Maintenance Works. The contract will commence in May 2017 and will run for a period of 3 years with an addition of a further two years subject to satisfactory performance. We currently carry out approx. 250 Void Works per annum.
