Description

The procurement scope is divided into preventative periodic maintenance works and seasonal and ad-hock works (e.g. windows cleaning, aircon servicing, small repairs, reconstructions works, etc.). Supplier shall provide with 2 (two) engineers on a permanent basis for PPM Works (336 hours/month) and 5 to 10 times a year they shall send cleaners or construction workers for seasonal jobs (4-5 people each time).
