Description

RetroFIT for the Future is an ERDF funded project across the Liverpool City Region (LCR) being delivered by a collaboration of partners including housing associations, a local authority and a higher education institute. The project consists of seven individual schemes retrofitting a range of innovative insulation and heating installations to improve domestic energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.

Sefton Council as the Grant Recipient for the ERDF RetroFIT for the Future project are required to commission and submit a Summative Assessment in compliance to the guidance provided by the managing authority the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). An Independent Consultant is required for the monitoring and evaluation of an ERFD £5m retrofit construction project.
