Description

Wokingham Borough Council are inviting tenders for the provision of a service requiring damp and mould assessment, evaluation and determination of action for treatment and remedial works and undertaking of such works and making good following damp and mould damage, eg replacement kitchens and/or bathrooms, replacement of water services inside properties and external services (both above and below ground), works to dampproof courses and membranes and tanking works.

The contract is not split into lots as the nature of the work and the limited geographical area would make contracts for lots uneconomic and inefficient for the Client and for tenants of the Council. The remedial works arising from damp and mould are best undertaken by the contractor who has identified the cause and determined the remedial works required.
