Description

Epping Forest District Council wishes to appoint a main contractor to design and build a new Operational Hub located on / adjacent to land at North Weald Aerodrome, North Weald, Essex. The Hub will comprise of vehicle fleet parking, administration offices, storage and vehicle maintenance hangars, and associated infrastructure including accesses, paths, internal roads, parking, fencing, lighting and landscaping.
