Description

As part of Accent's new growth led corporate strategy, Accent's leaseholder team is looking for multiple Contractor(s) to deliver, comprehensive Grounds Maintenance services to its leaseholder schemes.

The Grounds Maintenance services are based on 4 lots, Contractors are able to bid for a single lot or multiple lots. Contractors may only win a maximum of three (3) lots. No variant bids will be accepted. The contract period is for 48 weeks only, covering the following areas and split into 4 Lots as noted below with a contract commencement date of 2nd March 2020 for each lot.

It is recommended Contractors visit and view each scheme in order to understand scheme requirements and provide competitive pricing.
