Description

Southampton City CCG is holding a networking, feedback and engagement event for the Community Navigation service on the afternoon of the 17th January 2018.

The event will be to engage with the market and get feedback on the proposed service design, its aims and objectives and feedback from the procurement, as well as to discuss the ways in which the service could best be developed and commissioned going forward.

The Community Navigation service is aimed at achieving more efficient use of health and social care services, by enabling people to take better control of identifying and planning to meet their own needs and helping them to access the right support at the right time and is supported in the current policy context.
