Soft Market Testing Questionnaire
Hampshire County Council Public Health team is preparing to re-procure a holistic Stop Smoking Service for adults and young people. In preparation for the Council's procurement for the holistic Stop Smoking Service, we are seeking feedback from potential providers interested in delivering these services and would appreciate feedback to a short questionnaire.
If you are interested in taking part in this feedback, please register your interest in this project via the Council's e-tendering website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire.
You must first register with In-Tend (if you have not already done so) and express an interest in the project.
We recommend that you refer to the e-tendering guidance for suppliers which can be found by clicking on 'Information for Suppliers' at the top of the home page.
We would appreciate your feedback, no later than midday on Monday 7th January 2019 to allow enough time to consider the feedback which may inform our final specification.

Provider Engagement Event
Hampshire County Council will be re-procuring a Stop Smoking Service for people of all ages. The contract values is up to a maximum value of £10,500,000 for a potential maximum contract term of 5 years (3 years with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to 2 years).
Prior to starting the procurement, the Council is inviting organisations who have an interest in, and experience of, delivering such services to improve the public's health, to a market engagement event to consider :-
• Our proposed stop smoking service model and priority areas.
• The outcomes we seek and pricing models that support these.
• Areas potential providers see as areas of risk.
• What (if any) elements of the proposed model could hinder productive engagement with the market.
This is an opportunity to influence and shape the future delivery of the service.
The event will be held Tuesday 8th January 2019, 2-4pm in the Mitchell Room, Podium Level, Hampshire County Council, E2 Court, Winchester, SO23 8UJ.
