Description

Tenders are being invited for the provision of Externally Hosted Live Online Lessons and Asynchronous Learning and Associated Services.

The Council requires the successful Tenderer to:
Provide Live Online Lessons consistent with National Curriculum expectations to meet the needs of Derbyshire students who are currently unable to access mainstream education provision;
Provide associated Asynchronous Learning Activities;
Work in collaboration with staff from Derbyshire Children's Services to manage and monitor the attainment and progress of Students accessing the provision;
Ensure effective Safeguarding of all Students accessing the provision; and
Provide associated services which will include implementation, account management, training, support and maintenance.

This requirement has not been separated into lots as the Council has a single requirement for seamless integration, generation of efficiencies and the primary contractor having full responsibility for delivery of the Solution.

This tender is being advertised in OJEU and a contract notice was submitted on 16 October 2017.

The Council requires a commercially available, fully functional Solution.
