Description
The Engagement Worker role will be to work closely with other members of the service team to ensure that clients access all relevant available community assets and services that will support them being 'stepped down' from the Changing Futures Navigator service and also to build effective relationships with the beneficiaries of the Changing Futures Programme to promote self-efficacy.
The role will also provide support to people experiencing multiple disadvantage (homelessness, substance misuse, offending, mental illness and domestic abuse) across Pennine Lancashire.
