Description

The Council is seeking applications from a number of Providers to deliver Care at Home Services (formerly known as domiciliary care) for both Adults and Children. Providers will be expected to offer support to a full range of Service Users including those with complex health needs and end of life support at a level set out within the specifications. The tender consists of 10 Lots - 6 Lots for Prime Providers of services across specific geographic areas, 1 Lot for a Framework contract for Adult Care and 3 Lots for Framework contracts for Care & Home for Children with a range of support needs
