Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a contractor to replace the athletics track surface and make modifications to the throwing cage as per the specification, following both failing recent Track Mark inspections.

Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender.
