Description
The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a solution for maintaining historical records from a legacy choice-based lettings system.
Requirement to store legacy data from a choice based letting solution for maintaining historical records. The records include applicant and property data pertaining to advertising and letting of property stock. Data must be in a format that is easily viewable and easy to access. There will be a requirement to interrogate the system via a search facility (applications details and property information). There is a requirement to report on the archived data that is held on the database. The data must be auditable and have different security access levels.

Must be able to view property data at the time the property went to advert
Historical adverts for all properties must be viewable
Data must be in format that is easily accessible
Data must be in a format that is easily viewable
Data must be held in a format that is easy to interrogate by searching on required defined fields
Must be able to report from the archived data.
The data must be auditable and have different security access levels.
All data property applicant based must contain all fields that are in the current archived system.
This contract will be for a period of 3 year, commencing 01/04/2021 until 31/03/2024. This contract will not be automatically renewed on an after the initial 3-year term, performance of the provider to meet agreed SLA's and KPI's will be rigorously monitored throughout the term.
