Description

The Project comprises heating improvements to segregate Medawar Building and Foster Court, upgrading the heating distribution pipework in Medawar with zone valves, removal of two gas fired boiler plants and to reserve from the new heating circuit and works in Foster Court to recommission the heating circuits, replace faulty TRVs and reposition BEMS room sensors.
