Description

BBB requires a partner to provide remuneration benchmarking across a mixture of roles and levels in the bank and across two locations (Sheffield and London). The BBB Remuneration Committee have agreed that an annual compensation benchmarking exercise should be carried out to review the quartile position of British Business Bank compared to similar job roles in private sector financial services.
