Description

The Specification is a call to organisations and provider companies to submit a bid to deliver the eight interactive leadership and influencing workshop sessions and associated Mentorship support for the "Integrating Community Pharmacy into Primary Care Networks" development programme.
The specification has two purposes:
1. To outline the minimum service components, outcomes, and timeframes.
2. To invite suitably qualified respondents to apply to deliver the Programme within the defined specifications and timeframes.
Ensure within the bid that evidence is submitted of established relationships and also proven delivery of a successful programme. Full costing breakdown to also be provided.
Due to the tight timelines of the project it is important to have a network of coaches identified and project team must be available to attend regular governance meetings with a variety of stakeholders.
