Description

Post Office Limited ('POL') operate a Commercial Fleet of in excess of 250no. Vehicles. Our Fleet obtain Fuels by means of Fuel Cards, making use of public forecourts.

However, POL have recently taken the decision to recommission on-site Fuel Bunkers at our Norwich facility as a means of providing contingency to any future interruptions to the supply of Fuel at forecourts.

There is zero committed spend against this call-off order. The estimated maximum total annual value is £38,302.00. However, this is based on a full year using on site tanks. For the avoidance of doubt tanks are to be used as a contingency only in the event of interruption to forecourt fuel supplies it is therefore likely that annualised spend will be significantly lower than the above estimate (Likely zero). Post Office have clearly communicated to the Supplier that we do not guarantee any maximum or minimum quantities against the proposed call-off order.
