Description

The Bampton Estate project focuses on providing new council homes (social rent) under the New Homes, Better Places programme. This programme is targeting the building of 500 new homes by 2018. The Bampton Estate has been identified as a location for 40-60 units of Over 60s' sheltered accommodation in a single scheme. This is to meet the need for older person's homes in the Borough. The project design development (pre-planning) is now underway.
