Description

Made Smarter is looking to work closely with an experienced training provider to facilitate digital strategy workshops for our clients and train our own advisers in the delivery of these workshops.
As part of our pilot, we are testing different methods of support for small-medium enterprises in the manufacturing sector. We piloted digital roadmap workshops and have found that they are of great value to clients in determining their future digital strategy. This support can be enough for clients or can help them to determine which of our other services will be of benefit to them in their digital journey.
As we would like to incorporate these workshops into our client journey process, we will also require training of our advisers in how to deliver these workshops in the future.
