Description

SEELUM is a transport and land use model that simulates the interaction of transport, people, employers and land-use over periods of time. This model needs updating to support future Council requirements.

SEELUM is a specific model developed by Steer Davies and Gleave Limited and therefore they are the only people able to update it. They were Direct Awarded this work through ESPO's Consultancy Services Framework (664_21).
