Description

Worcester City Council is inviting Tenders from Potential Contractors for the provision of upgraded porous macadam tennis courts and associated works.

In order to be considered for this Contract, it is a requirement for the Contractor to be an SAPCA approved Contractor, have CHAS accreditation and have a minimum Silver (Level 2) membership with Constructionline. It is also desirable the Contractor is a member of ISO.

Works require the removal and replacement of existing porous macadam surface and installation of court furniture, fencing and lighting (provisional). The project shall total seven courts, split over two sites, five in Cripplegate Park and two in Gheluvelt Park.

The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
