Description
The main requirements are to:
• Offer flexible support to deliver high volume, short-term and/or specialist recruitment projects which provide flexibility and scalability to the internal HR team during a period of transformation and transition.
• Blended solutions (engagement, sourcing, screening and assessment through to offer management) which work collaboratively with the newly formed in-house Talent Acquisition team and Talent Acquisition Business Partner/HR team.
• Assist in areas where the University is struggling to attract in a heavily competitive market/environment.
• Help stem spiralling recruitment costs through over-reliance on expensive recruitment agencies.
• Use of expertise to help source niche talent in high demand areas (Academic/Professional Services)
• Support as the new HR structure becomes embedded and during periods of fluctuating recruitment volumes.
• See further opportunities to make processes more streamlined and efficient during a period of technology development.
• Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner to help leaders develop confidence in the new ways of working and joint ownership of recruitment processes.
• Expertise in supporting the organisation with Talent Development which includes possible talent management strategies and succession planning activity, recruitment training and manager training.
• Support the on-going evolution of the employer brand and EVP to make Leeds Trinity University an employer of choice.
