Description

Bradley Stoke Town Council is the parish authority for Bradley Stoke. It is the second tier of local government after the South Gloucestershire Council. Its legal powers are granted to it and regulated by various government acts. The town population is of approximately 20,000. The Town Council supplements the provision of local government services in Bradley Stoke, and provides a range of social and recreational facilities, while promoting and representing the town with other national and statutory bodies.

* The Town Council are looking to refurbish one its largest play areas due to wear and tear on the existing wood landscaping.

*The council are looking for the remaining wood sleepers to be removed and replaced with recycled plastic sleepers.

*The old benched areas to be reinstated with recycled plastic sleepers.

*The council is also looking to have the structure for the old nest swing removed and replaced with a like for like structure and swing.
Works are to be carried out during term time and a temporary path will need to be put in place surrounding the site while works are ongoing.

Within the tender pack sent in the post the town council will require the following;
• A copy of the insurance certificate showing a minimum of £2,000,000 in public liability. Please note that if your company does not hold at least £2,000,000 in public liability we will not be able to proceed with your tender offer.
• A copy of your company history and qualifications.
• A copy of the proposed contract with an initial start date and project duration.
• A copy of the management and operation plan, to include how many staff would be on site for the duration of the build.
• A copy of your risk assessment for the duration of the works.
• A copy of your companies work guarantee.
• A copy of the proposed costs in an open and transparent manner.
