Description

Construction Works in relation to repair and refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Pub with significant fire damage:

•Structural Repairs to the existing historic Timber frame including new steel interventions
•Re-instatement of floors
•Installation of a new Roof
•Extensive historic fabric repairs (both externally and internally)
•New Windows and Doors
•Creation of a new build extension to the rear
•Re-instate the Lounge bar
•Provide a separate restaurant
•Create a separate room at first floor level for flexible and community activities
•Create client 'back of house' spaces for storage and office use.
•Provide for a new pub kitchen including prep and storage areas.
•Provision of Toilets (inclusive of accessible toilets)
•Installation of an accessible lift to the first floor
•Works to the rear garden, both hard and soft landscaping
•Works to existing ancillary buildings and boundary walls
•Re-instate the cellar making it 'fit for purpose'
•Installation of all new building services (lighting, power, data, ventilation, extraction, security etc)
•Acoustic improvements to the built fabric
