Description
LB Southwark is seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors for the design and build of a new residential development which comprises of the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a 4 storey building, including a 138 sq metre community hall on the ground floor, with 29 residential units on part of the ground and on the upper floors. The development will include the relocation of an existing electrical sub station, drainage works and associated landscaping. The site is located within a densely populated urban location in close proximity to existing buildings. The existing site comprises approximately 0.26 hectares (including landscaped areas and shared surface proposal).
