Description

2.2 The Contractor is required to undertake the collection of unpaid sundry debt, housing benefit overpayments, former tenant arrears, leasehold charges and a minimal value of other debt type that may be identified by the Council over the period of the contract e.g. former commercial and market rent arrears and residual council tax.
