Description
LB Southwark are seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors to design and construct 14No. new build units (including 5No. maisonettes and 2No. Wheelchair) for social rent on the Haddonfield Estate SE8 in South East London. The site is located within an urban densely populated area; and is constrained by existing roads, a Transport for London (TfL) overground tube line and in close proximity to occupied residential dwellings. The development site is subject to regulation by TfL due to being adjacent to live overground tube tracks.
