Following this tender exercise, it is envisaged that 3 Contractors will be appointed to the Framework, for repairs, servicing and minor replacement installs only. No new installations will be required under this framework.

The awarded position on the Frameworks, known as the rank order, will form the basis of a non-binding call off agreement, whereby all works up to the indicated threshold of £10 Thousand will also be offered to the first ranked Contractor as a Direct Award. A Contractor declining the offered work will then trigger the works to be offered to the Contractor next in rank order as a Direct Award.
