Description

The Authority is looking to appoint a contractor(s), who has the necessary skill, expertise and proven experience to demolish properties at two different sites:
• Lot 1: Ocean Road Community Centre, LE5 2ER; and
• Lot 2: Numbers 97, 99, 101, 103 & 105 Walnut Street, LE2 7LA.

Contractors are reminded of the importance to conduct site visits and it is advised that this be arranged as soon as possible to prevent insufficient time to submit tenders.
