Description

NHS Chiltern CCG is seeking expressions of interest from providers interested in the delivery of support and accommodation for an individual with complex needs.
The service required is for a 38 year old gentleman who has a diagnosis of learning disability, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and epilepsy. The provider will use Positive Behavioural Support approaches to design the support for this gentleman within an appropriate and suitable supported accommodation arrangement. He currently lives in his own bungalow supported with 2:1 staffing, increasing to 3:1 as appropriate. The location of the accommodation should be geographically no further than a distance of 100 miles and/or one and half hours driving from the family in Northamptonshire.
